Job summary

Nova Leap Home Health - Southwest Florida is seeking dedicated HHA/CNAs with weekend availability to join our Naples-area care team. You will provide compassionate in-home support to clients in Lee and Collier counties, helping with daily activities and personal care.

The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and reliability, with opportunities for ongoing training, paid orientation, and flexible scheduling. Valid CNA/HHA credentials and a valid driver''s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA.
• Proficient in English with good spoken and reading comprehension.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engagement: Assist clients with daily activities, including crafts and meal preparation.
• Personal Care: Support clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Light Housekeeping: Handle tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
• Transport Assistance: Help clients with transportation to appointments.
