Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, in-home care to individuals connected to the DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will deliver one-on-one, relationship-based care in patients' homes, supporting ADLs, nutrition, and social engagement.

The role emphasizes independence in a non-facility setting with care plan adherence and accurate EMR documentation. Shifts are Part-Time Days, with every other weekend participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement to patients.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

• PTO (For full-time and Part-time employees only)
