Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide in-home support to individuals connected to DOE/Nuclear programs in the Pocatello area. You will deliver one-on-one, relationship-based care, assist with activities of daily living, prepare meals, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

As an HHA, you’ll work full-time night shifts, travel to Chubbuck, Pocatello, and Blackfoot, and use EMR for care documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Home health, LTC, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts:

Full-Time Nights, weekday and weekend availability (Must travel to Chubbuck, Pocatello, and Blackfoot)
