Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Madison, TN is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for clients linked to DOE or Nuclear Energy programs.

You will assist with activities of daily living, offer companionship, and document care plans using EMR standards. Shifts are available days and nights; a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
