Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Simi Valley, CA seeks a Home Health Aide (HHA) to deliver one-on-one in-home care to clients connected to DOE programs. You’ll support daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans with accuracy using EMR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Compensation

$21.00 - $24.50

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
