Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Seminole, Florida is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team. You will work directly with patients in one-on-one care plans in their homes, supporting daily living activities and mobility with a focus on safety and dignity.

We offer $17–$19 per hour, direct deposit, on-site training, overtime and holiday pay, 24/7 management support, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support and help maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
