Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking qualified Home Health Aides to join our team serving Southern Ohio. Caregivers provide daily in-home support to clients, including personal care, health monitoring, and advocacy across Brown County and surrounding areas.

You will work flexible weekday/weekend schedules with both part-time and full-time options, consistent weekly hours, and weekly pay. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour, with opportunities for development and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience.
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation to scheduled visits are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene, mobility, and ADL assistance.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Documentation of care provided and client updates.
• Follow care plans, monitor health status, and advocate for clients.
