Endurance Home Care is hiring Care Professionals for per diem shifts in the Newark, New Jersey area. We provide a white glove, 24/7 support service focused on helping seniors age in place with compassion and reliability.

The role emphasizes companionship, daily living assistance, and safe mobility, with weekly pay and holiday premiums. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of caregiving experience, a valid driver's license and access to a car, and eligibility to work in the United

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; willingness to commute as needed.

Mansioni

• Companionship, conversation and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance to help prevent falls.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Client transportation for errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and assistance with filling prescriptions.
• Follow a care plan and report health changes to the Care Team.
• Facilitate and manage medical appointments and related health activities.
• Monthly in-service trainings.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
