Job summary

Endurance Home Care is seeking CHHAs with a valid driver's license and access to a car for per diem, live‑in shifts in New Jersey. Shifts include 3, 4 and 7 day blocks; compensation ranges from $230 to $270 per day.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to lift and assist with transfers. We emphasize a supportive, white‑glove approach to caregiving, with monthly in‑service trainings, safe mobility assistance, and a commitment to quality of life for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Valid driver's license and means of transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift significant weight and assist in transferring clients.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and safe mobility assistance to help prevent falls.
• Assistance with activities of daily living and incontinence care.
• Client transportation for errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescription assistance.
• Reporting notes and changes to the Care Team.
• Facilitation of medical appointments and related activities.
