Job summary

Endurance Home Care is seeking a CHHA with a valid driver’s license and a car to join our care team in East Orange, NJ. This per diem role offers weekday, night, evening, and weekend shifts with competitive hourly pay and direct deposit.

You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and assist with daily living activities. Safety supervision, transportation, and adherence to care plans are essential, along with regular health-status reporting to the Care Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and car
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with groceries
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Ensure safety and mobility, prevent falls
• Transport clients for errands and appointments
• Remind and assist with medications
• Follow care plan and report health changes to Care Team
• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and trainings
• Maintain positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
