Job summary

Endurance Home Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate CHHAs for per diem shifts, including 3-, 4-, and 7-day live-in arrangements. A valid driver’s license and a car are required to provide reliable in-home care and transportation to appointments.

The role offers competitive pay with daily rates of $230–$270 and weekly direct deposit. We value dedicated caregivers and provide wage increases based on performance, plus holiday pay and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a caregiver
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation and social interaction
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance to prevent falls
• Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Transportation for errands and appointments
• Medication reminders and help with prescriptions
• Report health status changes to Care Team
• Coordinate and manage medical appointments and related activities
• Attend monthly in-service trainings
• Maintain upbeat, compassionate attitude
