Endurance Home Care is seeking Care Professionals (CHHAs) for per diem shifts in New Jersey. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.

The role includes weekday, night, evening and weekend shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, daily living activities support, transportation for errands, and adherence to care plans with regular reporting to the Care Team.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Provide companionship and engage in social interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and assist with mobility to prevent falls.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Transport clients to errands and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and help with refills as directed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the Care Team.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments and related health activities.
• Participate in monthly trainings.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate attitude.
