Job summary

BrightStar Care of Greater Chester County is seeking compassionate caregivers who want to make a real difference in clients' lives. This role involves supporting daily care, providing companionship, and assisting with medication. Caregivers will also ensure a safe environment and communicate effectively with nursing staff.

With a shift window of 8 AM – 8 PM and pay ranging from $20–$22 per hour, this position offers a supportive culture and opportunities for advancement within a family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA/CNA certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support daily care including bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication and monitor client well-being.
• Document changes and communicate with nursing staff.
• Help with transportation to appointments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams.
• Support office operations with administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily care — bathing, grooming, meals, mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication and monitor client well‑being
• Keep environments safe and clean
• Document changes and communicate with nursing staff
• Help with transportation to appointments and activities
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure exceptional service
• Support office operations as needed — light administrative tasks, organizing paperwork, assisting with scheduling, and helping the office team stay running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
