Job summary

BrightStar Care of Greater Chester County in West Chester, PA is hiring Home Health Aides who are compassionate and dependable to provide in-home support. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients move safely around their homes and attend appointments
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Work closely with nurses, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
