Job summary

BrightStar Care of Greater Chester County is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist clients with personal care, provide companionship, help with mobility, monitor changes, and maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; Home Health Aide certification is preferred, along with CPR and First Aid. Strong communication, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are highly valued.

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients safely move around their homes and attend appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow all safety and infection control guidelines.
