Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for adult clients across Mercer County, NJ, including Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Princeton, and nearby towns. Flexible hours and the option for certification training are highlighted to support a caregiver-friendly schedule.

Pay is $19–$20 per hour, with weekly pay, short commute times, and ongoing support. BAYADA emphasizes a positive work environment, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Bathing and grooming assistance.
• Toileting assistance.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Oral feeding assistance.
