Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking Home Health Aides to provide one-to-one in‑home care for adult clients. Flexible scheduling includes full‑time, part‑time, day, evening and overnight shifts across diverse assignments. Certification training and CNA conversion courses are available.

We offer weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, protective gear and 24/7 nursing support. A CHHA license with at least one year of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience as companion or CHHA.
• BAYADA hosts daytime and evening HHA certification classes, as well as CNA conversion courses every month!

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Ambulation / Transfers / mechanical lift devices / range of motion exercises
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Medication assistance

Pay Rate:

• Private in-home clients - $18/hr - $20/hr


• Private facility clients - $18/hr - $20/hr

Qualifications:
