Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey, to provide personalized care to our senior clients. With a pay rate of $18 per hour, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in nursing programs.

The ideal candidates will have at least one year of caregiving experience and a valid HHA license. Our team is supported by clinical managers available 24/7, and we promote a stable working environment with additional perks such as weekly pay and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience in caregiving.
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to elderly clients.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and household chores.
• Support clients in mobility and medication management.

Pay Rate $18 per hour.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA – Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
