Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking caregivers to work 1-on-1 with adult clients across Burlington County, NJ. Opportunities include private in-home and facility clients, with flexible full-time or part-time hours, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts.

Certification training programs are available for non-certified applicants. Current CHHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing is required, with at least 1 year of companion or CHHA experience.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a companion or CHHA.
• BAYADA offers daytime and evening HHA certification classes and CNA conversion courses monthly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of lift devices; perform ROM exercises.
• Check vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Manage home tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making, etc.
• Assist with medication administration.

Pay Rate:

• Private in-home clients - $18/hr - $20/hr


• Private facility clients - $18/hr - $20/hr

Qualifications:

Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing. At least (1) year of experience as companion or CHHA. Not certified? BAYADA hosts daytime and evening HHA certification classes, as well as certified nursing assistant (CNA) conversion courses every month!

HHA Job Responsibilities:
