Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to provide high-quality, compassionate care and support to clients. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay reflect the agency’s caregiver-first approach.

The CHHA will assist with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and follow care plans, reporting changes to the nurse and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable and professional with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
