Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to provide high-quality care and companionship to clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
