Qualifications

• NJ CHHA license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable and professional

• Able to work independently
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders
• Follow individualized care plans provided by the nurse
• Report changes in client condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
