Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
