Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join a caregiving team that values caregivers. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and support per the nurse’s care plan in clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ CHHA license, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication. A driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred to support flexible scheduling.

• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
