Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) for pediatric private duty in Westmoreland County. This per diem, PRN role focuses on one-on-one care in a home setting, offering training and support to thrive in a child-centered environment.

You will work to provide high-quality, family-centered care, building trust and delivering personalized services that make a meaningful daily difference for pediatric clients.

Qualifications

• ADLs assistance and basic patient care.
• Pediatric care experience encouraged.
• CPR certification preferred.

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
