Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide for one-on-one pediatric private duty care in Elizabeth, PA.

This part-time role supports a 4-year-old boy with ADL assistance, care coordination, and family-centered care in a home setting. The ideal candidate has HHA certification or equivalent caregiver experience, CPR is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• HHA certification or comparable caregiver experience; CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric private duty care is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for the child.
• Communicate clearly with family and care team to coordinate care.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
