Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 private duty care for a 12-year-old girl in Charleroi, PA. This full-time day shift role emphasizes ADLs support, clear communication with the family, and collaboration with the care team to deliver trusted pediatric care.

Will Train! PTO, weekly pay, orientation, and a supportive team are offered. CPR certification is preferred, driver’s license required, and previous pediatric experience is a plus.

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
