Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 14-year-old male in his home in New Stanton, PA. This part-time evening shift offers meaningful connections and the opportunity to make a daily impact on a young patient and family.

You'll assist with ADLs, communicate with the care team, and deliver family-centered pediatric care. Training is provided, with scheduling flexibility and supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
