Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home. Join a family-owned agency that prioritizes communication, appreciation, and personal growth. At least 3 days per week availability is required, with shifts from 7am to 8pm across mornings, days, and evenings.

Must be able to travel within ~15 miles and read, write, and speak English clearly. We offer mileage reimbursement, telehealth options, vision and dental coverage, and paid time off.

• Weekdays & Weekend Day availability wanted (7am or 8am start time)
• 4-12 hour morning/day/evening shifts (no overnights available at this time)
• Competitive Pay @ $21/hr

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a valid driver's license AND insured vehicle.
• Must be willing to drive clients for appointments, shopping & outings. License & insured vehicle required.
• Is a GREAT communicator who can read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Is RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE and can commit to a set schedule.
• Experience providing direct care, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required).
• Must have ONGOING availability of 3 days per week- same weekly schedule
• Is able travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
• Has full access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
