Touching Hearts at Home is seeking qualified caregivers to join our caring team serving SW Boston clients. We are a family-owned, award-winning agency that prioritizes mutual support and respect in helping seniors age with dignity.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and the ability to travel within the service area. Expect 12-hour day shifts with weekend availability and a supportive training program to grow your caregiving skills.

Qualifications

• Can commit to 3 designated, recurring availability blocks (3+ full days).
• Reliability a MUST; clients depend on us for health and safety.
• Ready to work once hired.
• Has a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle and willing to transport clients.
• Great communicator who can read, write and speak English clearly.
• Has 1–3 years of hands-on Senior Caregiver/Home Health Aide/Nurse’s Assistant experience.
• Able to travel up to 30 minutes in the client service area.
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Has internet access, email, and mobile phone; WellSky experience a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home caregiving to older adults.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and family members and document care.

• Daytime & Weekend Shifts - 12-hr shift availability and weekends a huge PLUS!
• No shifts shorter than 4 hours

• Is a GREAT communicator who can read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Has 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required).
• Able to travel up to 30 minutes in our client service area.
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Has full access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
