Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking reliable caregivers to support older adults in the community. You will transport clients as needed, read, write and speak English clearly, and commit to 3+ full days of availability.

Daytime Shifts - 12-hr shift availability a huge PLUS!

No shifts shifts. Our shifts range from 4 to 12 hrs long.

Client locations within 30 minutes (in most cases).

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license AND insured vehicle and willing to transport clients in your vehicle is required.

GREAT communicator who can read, write and speak clearly in English.

Can commit to an availability of 3 designated, recurring availability blocks (3+ full days of availability required)

Reliability a MUST! Our clients depend on us for health and safety.

Ready to work once hired!

1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse's Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required).

Able to travel up to 30 minutes in our client service area.

Can lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.

Has full access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
