Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking caring individuals to support seniors in Needham, MA. The role offers 4–12 hour shifts across mornings, days, and evenings, with weekday and weekend availability required.

A valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle is essential, as driving clients to appointments and outings is common. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hands-on caregiving and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of hands-on caregiving experience as Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle for client transportation.
• Must read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Flexible with 3 days per week availability and ability to travel up to 15 miles.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to older adults and seniors in a one-on-one setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors.

Weekdays & Weekend Day availability wanted

4-12 hour morning/day/evening shifts

Competitive Pay @ $21/hr

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a valid driver's license AND insured vehicle.
• Must be willing to drive clients for appointments, shopping & outings. License & insured vehicle required.
• Is a GREAT communicator who can read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Is RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE and can commit to a set schedule.
• Has 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse's Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required).
• Must have ONGOING availability of 3 days per week
• Is able travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Has full access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
