Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care in clients' homes according to the plan of care. You will obtain vital signs, document findings, and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care and the ability to recognize changes in patient status. Qualified candidates have at least one year of verifiable health aide experience; CNA/STNA/HHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide or healthcare experience.
• CNA, STNA, or HHA certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions.
• Ability to accurately document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
