Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in Defiance and Napoleon, delivering direct care per the plan of care. You will monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document patient information with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience in the past 2 years.
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document patient notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report changes in patient status.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience in the past 2 years
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
