Job summary

Modivcare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care across Glassboro, Sicklerville and surrounding areas in New Jersey. Earn $16 per hour plus opportunities for extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement. Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends) and stimulus bonuses for referrals are available.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• Willing to work in Vineland, Clayton and surrounding areas.
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
• Drivers preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
