Ideal candidates hold an NH CNA or HHA certification, are at least 18, and possess CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and a compassionate, professional approach to care. Per diem position with community impact.

• Rate: $25 per visit
• Main Office Location: Londonderry, NH
• Service Territory: Manchester, Bedford, Hooksett, Auburn, Merrimack, Derry/Londonderry and surrounding
• Schedule: Flexible
• Job Type: Per Diem

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Hampshire preferred ; Home Health Aide certification accepted
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read and follow written care plans and document services provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassion and empathy for individuals who are ill, injured, or elderly
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to assist patients with repositioning, transferring, and other physical tasks.
