The Home Health Aide role in Springfield, VA offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30-5:00) with a rate of $25/hour, serving Springfield and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant in Virginia (Required).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with automobile that is insured and in good working order.

Responsibilities

• The Home Health Aide is a Certified Nursing Assistant and paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
• The HHA is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.
• The HHA will be assigned by a Registered Nurse in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient’s care.

• Role: Home Health Aide
• Rate: $25/hour
• Main Office location: Springfield, VA
• Service Area: Springfield, Fairfax, Mclean, Arlington, Alexandria VA and surrounding areas.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30-5:00pm)
