Modivcare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Bergenfield, NJ to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will assist with bathing, grooming, daily activities, light housekeeping, and transportation, while ensuring safety and companionship for clients in Bergen County.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA license is required.
• Must be willing to work in Bergen County.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing & personal care.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist daily activities.
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety.
• Light housekeeping, laundry & meals.
• Transportation and errands (if applicable).
• Support daily routines to promote independence.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Provide companionship & ensure client safety
• Light housekeeping, laundry & meals
• Transportation & errands (if applicable)
• Support with daily routines to promote independence
