First Day Homecare is seeking part-time/PRN aides to provide in-home personal care, companionship, and support under RN/therapist supervision. You will follow individualized care plans to assist with daily living activities, monitor client status, and maintain accurate care documentation.
This role emphasizes patient safety, infection control, and collaborative teamwork. Requirements include 1+ year caregiving experience, active CPR, and a current TB test.
Provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist. The Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional who performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort and well-being.
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor
Provides Supervision To: NA – No supervision responsibilities
