First Day Homecare® is seeking an empathetic aide to provide in-home personal care under RN or Therapist direction. You will be assigned to specific clients by a supervisor to maintain comfort and well-being, including companionship and ADL assistance as outlined in the care plan.
The role reports to Clinical Supervisor and offers PRN/Part-Time hours with varying client assignments, requiring reliable transportation and strong communication with care teams.
Provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist. The Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional who performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort and well-being.
