Overview

As an In‑Home Services Caregiver/Aide, each day offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to clients right where they feel safest at home. Your role is centered on creating connections and providing personalized care that makes daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Review your visit schedule each day and prepare for the unique needs of each client.
• Perform light housekeeping, assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, grooming assistance, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Provide one‑on‑one personal care tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and comfortable.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility, helping clients maintain dignity in their homes.
• Provide medication reminders and observe health changes under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
• Support transportation and mobility needs, including helping clients safely transfer, accompanying them to medical appointments, assisting with errands or other outings.
• Help clients stay connected to routines, communities, and a sense of independence, serving as a trusted companion and support system.

Working Hours & Compensation

Current openings: PRN (as needed) and Full‑time, serving clients 24‑7 wherever they call home. Expect to pick up shifts every month (minimum of 20 hours) unless you notify us about a temporary change in availability.

Competitive pay starts at $16.92 per hour, adjusted based on experience caring for older adults.

Mileage reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile.
