Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a dependable CNA to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for clients impacted by DOE/Nuclear Energy programs. You will work nights on full-time shifts, traveling to Chubbuck, Pocatello, and Blackfoot as needed, delivering person-centered support and monitoring patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Idaho CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to care team.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

*$1/hr shift differential for nights

• PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only)
