Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners seeks a CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for clients in the Pocatello area. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping while following care plans and documenting in EMR systems.

This full-time night position requires travel to Pocatello, Chubbuck, and Blackfoot, with a $1/hr night shift differential and comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, EAP, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification in Idaho.
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
