Nuclear Care Partners delivers compassionate, in-home care to individuals connected to energy programs. As a Home Health Aide, you support patients’ quality of life through one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. This full-time night shift requires travel to Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Chubbuck.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

About the Role:

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide compassionate, in-home care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shift: Full-Time Nights, weekday and weekend availability (Must travel to Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Chubbuck)

Key Responsibilities:
