Job summary

Holy Redeemer Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personal care and support in clients' homes under the supervision of the Case Manager and Clinical Manager.

This role serves home care and hospice clients, emphasizing patient-centered, holistic care and collaboration with the nursing team. A sign-on bonus of up to $2000 is available for eligible candidates, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
• Must be able to take direction via telephone in patient's home.
• Must be able to make meaningful observations and report changes in patient condition.
• Must have basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to enter patient information into an electronic device.

Responsibilities

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Successfully pass all competency exams.

LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualified for employment under current state (Pennsylvania or New Jersey) state regulations, current driver’s license and access to a car, current car registration, and current car insurance.
