Job summary

Redeemer Health invites experienced RNs to join our Home Care Visiting team in the Philadelphia area. You will deliver safe, holistic care to patients with multiple chronic illnesses, educate on self-management, and support families and communities in their homes.

Minimum 1 year med-surg and 1 year home care experience preferred; BSN preferred. Weekend/holiday/on-call availability, IV/venipuncture skills, and ability to travel within the service area are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year med-surg experience required.
• 1 year home care experience preferred.
• IV and venipuncture experience preferred.
• Able to travel within service area.
• Able to efficiently use cell phone and computer.

A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
