Redeemer Health is seeking a compassionate hospice/home care nurse to deliver high-quality end-of-life care in community and nursing home settings across New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. You'll develop and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care for patients and families, and assist with admissions as directed by the clinical supervisor.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred
• CHPN preferred
• Minimum 1 year med/surg experience.
• Minimum 1 year home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, and meet weekend, holiday, and NOC requirements
• Current IV and venipuncture experience preferred

SUMMARY OF JOB

Delivers quality hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in the community and/or in a nursing home setting. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

License and Regulatory Requirements:

Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification

Perdiem Rates - $60/revisit

NJ Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of pay range.

The salary is based on multiple criteria - experience, qualifications, job role, internal equity and market data.
