Are you passionate about helping others? Priority Group Services, a leading home care provider in New Jersey, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you'll help improve patients' quality of life by offering essential support and companionship in a comfortable, familiar setting.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Care for a 19-year-old patient, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring overall well-being.
• Working hours: approximately 25 hours per week
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Ensure safe mobility and transfers, including wheelchair assistance, while maintaining patient comfort and security.
• Prepare and serve balanced meals, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to keep the environment clean, safe, and organized.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and encouraging atmosphere.
• Keep accurate records of patient care activities and promptly report any concerns when necessary.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an HHA or in a related caregiving role.
• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• A strong sense of compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.
