A leading organization is seeking a Support Coordinator responsible for coordinating services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism. The role involves engaging with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and documenting services provided. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience. The Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating support services to persons with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism and their families/caregivers. Major functions involve locating, coordinating and monitoring supports for individuals. There are 3 levels of Supports Coordinator: SC1, SC2 and Lead SC as well as Casual. Full time Supports Coordinator's will have the opportunity to advance to an SC2 or Lead SC based on education, experience, and performance.
