Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Arcadia, and North Port, FL. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Additional responsibilities include providing basic patient care, monitoring patients' health status, and ensuring a clean and safe living environment. The Home Health Aide will also offer companionship and emotional support, as well as help with mobility and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and Personal Care
• Proficient in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Strong Communication skills
• Patient Care experience
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus not required,
